I am salim k Sillah a young Gambian entrepreneur. Today I call myself an entrepreneur because of the training I got at sterling consortium skill training Centre at Busumbala. I did satellite installations and maintenance training at the above mentioned school. I am proud of sterling because they provided me all the weapons to be self reliance.With their tireless effort to provide me opportunities for start up. These were some of the motivational words of the CEO “we don’t only want to train you ,but we want to go with you untill you successed”. My name is Saffie Cham, I live at kunkujang keitaya. I am a young Gambian Lady of 26years old. I studied satellite installation at Sterling technical training institution (Busumbala Branch) in 2020. The course was a 6months intensive and 3 months attachment program. Upon completing the program, I started operating my own business in June 2021 trading as Lady Chama Enterprise. We deal with satellite installation and maintenance together with sales of satellite materials. Sterling, has really been a life changing center to me because it was only through them I was able to achieved my wildest dream of being self-employed and support my family.

I would like to use this opportunity to thank CEO, Mr kebba Sillah, The Admin Mr Ceesay, our lecturer Mr Eddy and the entire Sterling family for giving me the opportunity to be enrolled, trained and equipped with skills and knowledge that I will forever be grateful of. My name is Adama Buwareh, I studied Vehicle Diagnostic Technique and Repair training at Sterling for six months with three months internship at M. M. Coker Garage.
I have great techniques and experience on this filed of engineering with the help of Sterling, which help me to do both alone and team work. With that I can able to work smartly and wisely with limited of time and flexibility, because Professor Ceesay taught us steps with techniques which opens and light up our ways of critical thinking to help us be a problem solvers when comes to Automobile engineering. Thank you for giving me a chance to open my eyes and mind to see that route of life changing.
